Pastes are developed for lapping on Valve Components. These pastes are made up of Silicon Carbide base material. The particles selected are Blocky in shape and the distribution is kept close which ensures good stock removal and surface finish accuracies. The Jel allows retaintion of abrasive particles over the plate for long time which can reduce its consumption to the great extend. These pastes are available in Extra coarse, Medium & Fine grades.
