Here the design used is cGMP and parts used are AISI 316 and 304. It comes with automatic coating system that consists of a solution holding tank, peristaltic pump, spraying gun and pneumatic control panels. The compressed air used is of 34 kg/cm2. It is available with two spray guns and pneumatic stirrer. It has a wide range of applications in food, agro, chemicals, and cosmetic industries.

Duration of air and liquid spray is controlled by a Digital Timer and Pneumatic cylinder through a solenoid valve.
