We are a reputed firm engaged in manufacturing and supplying superlative quality Dorry Abrasion Machine. The Dorry Abrasion Machine is used for testing the aggregates for resistance to abrasion in accordance with the standard procedure laid down in BS : 812. Designed with utmost precision, our Dorry Abrasion Machine consists of a metal disc which revolves in a horizontal plane on a vertical shaft. The equipment also features a suitable attachment for holding the specimen with its axis vertical and its lower end pressed with a prescribed pressure against the surface of the disc (the distance from the center of specimen to the center of shaft being 25 cm). A convenient funnel for feeding sand continuously upon the rotating disc is also provided. Our Dorry Abrasion Machine is well equipped with a 1/4 HP electric motor, driven through a reduction gear to 28-30 revolutions of the disc per minute. It is suitable for operation from 220/230 volts with single phase A.C. supply.
