Tomato Ketchup Processing Plant

We are designing and manufacturing tomato ketchup plants that are used for preparing and packing of tomato ketchup. These plants are provided with a series of assembly line machines for blanching, pulping, processing of tomatoes for their puree and their final treatment for making ketchups.Tomato paste or juice is mixed with salt, sugar, vinegar, spices and aromas according to customer's requirements through dilution, mixing and blending at first, then through pre-heating, deaeration, homogenizing, filling& seaming, post-pasteurization and packaging system.
