| Introduction SHITAL DIGITAL FLOCCULATOR has been specially designed for use in water treatment plants as jar test apparatus to correctly estimate the dosing of alum and other such coagulants for treatment of water & sewage. It provides identical test conditions for all samples. It is suitable for continuous run in any busy laboratory to determine sulphate concentration and for measuring suspended matter and colloids general. Flocculator consist of electronically controlled variable speed electronic motor. Speed controller is provided to control stirrers from 5 to 150 rpm. Stainless steel stirring paddles are provided. Each stirring shaft can be removed without disturbing other stirrers. Illuminator base consist of fluorescent tube mounted below translucent acrylic sheet to provide diffused cold light through floc samples. |

| Drum Heaters provide an easy, efficient, clean & economical way for the handling of viscous or low melting point solidified materials in Drums. Such materials include Asphalt, Bitumen, Fats, Gelatin, Glucose, Grease, Lubricating Oils, Paints, Petroleum Jelly, Phenols, Plastics, Sodium Tar, Vegetable Oils, Varnishes, Waxes etc. Drum Heaters are mobile ovens heated by flexible surface heaters made from imported Nichrome 80/20. They are made in rugged designs and stand normal usage in chemical industries. They can be used for heating the contents of drums kept in the vertical or horizontal positions. The contents may either be melted completely and removed as a liquid, or they may be melted only at the surface touching the drum walls and removed as a solid block by tilting the drum. The heating in Drum Heaters is gentle and uniform, and there is no chance of local overheating. |
