Catalogue cum operating instruction for automatic pipette washer electrically heated
It is used for unattended batch cleaning of pipettes up to 375mm long. Pipettes are inserted in the carrier. Six to eight siphoning cycles , each requiring about one minute, is sufficient to clean pipettes. The pipettes remain in carrier for soaking , washing and rinsing operation. Keep pipettes for operation in pipette carrier only.
Connect inlet tap provided on machine with rubber pipe to water tap. Allow the chamber of the washer to fill with water up to the maximum water level.
As soon as the maximum water level is reached with symphonic principal water will come out from the outlet pipe with pressure. In about one minute the whole apparatus will be empty upto the water tap level , cleaning the pipettes.
Electrical heater is used to warm the water inside the chamber for quick cleaning.
