Primary current injection kits are used to test and commission Circuit Breakers, Bus Bars, CTs, Relays, MCCs, PCCs etc. These are also used for high current injection and simultaneously measuring voltage drops and hot spots in bus-bar joints, Circuit Breaker Contacts etc.
Primary Current Injection Test Sets are available in current ratings from 500A to 10000A and in short time duty as well as continuous operation duty.

Portable Earthing Equipment are safety equipment designed for discharging & grounding of dead equipment. The system is designed for high fault levels so that even if during shut downs, when technicians are on the job, by mistake if the supply is switched ON, the Portable Earthing Equipment saves human life as well as equipment under maintenance. Special Line End & Earth End Clamps along with operating socket and earthing lead are used. The Line End Clamps, Earth End Clamps & operating sockets are made of very special aluminum alloys which can withstand high short circuit currents.
Using Portable Earthing Equipment, clamps are applied from remote just by turning the insulated operating pole and the operator never comes in contact with any conductor, so it is highly safe system. Using the common operating pole clamps are applied on each phase one by one.

Hot Sticks or HT Power Testers are used to ascertain whether a High Voltage Installation or equipment is live or dead. Hot Sticks are essential safety equipment for engineers & technicians working in high voltage installations. Before any maintenance work can be carried out Hot stick must be used to ensure that the system is dead.
Hot Stick comprises of Capacitive Sensor Detector mounted on an Insulated Pole. Once the detector is taken in the vicinity (or in contact) of a charged High Voltage Object, the capacitive sensor detects the charge & gives Audible and Visual indication. The detector also has a Self Test Mode i.e. an inbuilt proving unit to check the health of the detector. Before and after every operation the detector must be checked usingthis mode for its health.

Dual Field Automotive Night Vision Camera:The NV618S has been designed to work in both daylight and night time environment due to the improved low light and thermal camera technology. It has primarily been designed for the automotive market but has other application in the security and military markets. The NV618S is a safety device as it has built-in analytics to alert the driver on ongoing obstructions and pedestrians, the alerts are either visual or audible depending on the user configuration and can work in most weather conditions such as poor light , fog etc. The NV618S can be easily mounted onto the vehicle and with its robust casing it can withstand harsh environments.

The Insulated operating sticks are manufactured in our plant using extrusion process. The extrusion is carried out under high pressure which ensures excellent mechanical properties and smooth surface finish. The sticks are coated with double (or more) coatings of Anti Tracking Compounds which provide excellent surface finish and anti tracking properties.
For Foam Filled Rods special machine is used to fill foam with controlled density. The foam has a 'Closed Cell Structure' which prevents ingress of dust & moisture inside the rod and maintains excellent electrical properties throughout its life.
The above Range Extension can be used to extend the System Voltage rating or to Extend the length of the system so as to reach more heights. Basic System is suitable for 33KV, Extension Handles are added to Extend the voltage ranges up to 66KV, 132KV, 220K, 420KV & 510KV. The system is extremely light in weight and is designed to be operated by a single person.
TheCoroCAM 6Dis a re-development of theCoroCAM Solar Blind UVcimaging System with an emphasis on cost reduction through innovative design. Sensitivity was improved through the use of newly designed solar blind filter packs and a specially developed low noise, high sensitivity detector. Modernized electronics were added to reduce weight, system noise and size. TheCoroCAM 6Dcan be factory fitted with an optional motorized module which allows the camera to operate in Solar Blind (SB) or Non-Solar Blind (NSB) modes. NSB mode removes the SB filter from the light path and allows more UV light to reach the detector - this boosts the cameras sensitivity. In NSB mode theCoroCAM 6Dcan only be used at night or indoors.
TheCoroCAM 8is a combined thermal IR, solar blind corona and video camera. It features a high spec Sony visible camera, a radiometric FLIR thermal IR camera and a solar blind UV camera. TheCoroCAM 8is intended for use by professional HV inspectors. The combination of these 3 cameras makes it possible to do both thermal IR and UV inspections at the same time, saving time and effort. Co-location of electrical discharges and hot spots give the inspector more insight into the cause of a fault. TheCoroCAM 8can be used to inspect HV infrastructure operating at 3.3kV and above.

The AE-150 is designed to detect and localize Partial Discharge activity by correlating acoustic and electric sensors' data. The AE-150 has many acquisition modes, each used for detecting and locating Partial Discharge activity in a transformer. Time Domain Reflectometer Model 1550 - A basic TDR for Power Cables having a range of up to 3000 meters .
The PDS allows online partial discharge detection on underground cable accessories and equipment for safety and maintenance purposes. This compact and lightweight instrument is battery operated and it has a an autonomy of 30 hours. The Partial Discharge intensity level is displayed on the instrument with the bargraph.

Non Linear Carbon Discharge Resistor Type Discharge Rods are used to discharge dead system having limited fault levels and also to discharge the static & induced charges in the dead system or equipment, particularly in transmission lines, cables, transformers, reactors, large bus bar systems, switch-gears etc. The earthing lead is made up of special highly flexible braided copper cable with transparents heath. Copper Hook of 4" dia of " thick copper rod& Earth End Clamp of special alloy are provided.

When discharging inductive apparatus (transformers, reactors etc.) controlled discharging must be used. We provide non linear carbon discharge resistor for this purpose which prevents the lightning impulses appearing across the equipment being discharged. While discharging inductive loads the emf induced across the object is directly proportional to rate of change of flux i.e.
Since L (inductance) is usually large and the discharging takes place in microseconds, a huge impulse voltage resembling a 1.2/50 sec pulse appears across the object (a typical waveform is shown in Fig), thus subjecting the equipment under discharging to a lightning impulse voltage.
To overcome this non linear carbon discharge resistor is employed. The reverse temperature coefficient of carbon facilitates controlled discharging. As the current flows through the carbon resistance, this increases the temperature and by virtue of reverse temperature coefficient, the resistance falls. Therefore as the current is flowing, voltage is reducing and since resistance is also reducing acontrolled discharging takes place.
