Hard-wearing, easy-to-use design
Pre-set templates for quick and simple measurements
Available in Class 1 (higher accuracy) or Class 2 versions
Optional Octave Band Analysis for detailed frequency assessments and accurate hearing protection evaluation
Unique Features:
WiFi Data Transfer – instantly send data to your software at the push of a button
Secure Cloud Software – access all your measurement data from any internet browser on any device
Built-in Hearing Protection Database – select suitable hearing protectors directly from the meter when using Octave Band Analysis
Applications:
The ViPen vibrometer combines vibration measurement, temperature measurement, and rolling bearing diagnostics in a single compact device. Its pen-type design makes it pocket-sized and highly portable.
Operation:
Our innovative measurement system allows for vibration measurements to be taken on handheld tools thanks to autonomous sensors that do not need to be wired during measurements.Stored data is downloaded from the sensor(s) at the end of the working period using a docking station connected to a PC. The software allows for the automatic computation and display of workers' exposure to hand-arm vibration and indicates how such exposure compares with the limit and action values defined in the Vibration Directive. In order to cover the full range of existing handheld tools, two sensors have been developed: one for usual vibrating tools, while another is dedicated to highly percussive tools that generate high levels of shock (up to 50, 000 m/s²). Our measuring device, which can be attached to any type of tool, is currently the only device capable of taking accurate vibration measurements without disturbing workers' tasks with annoying and fragile cabling. A special version of the sensor is specifically designed for measurements on highly percussive tools.
Features:
Type 3223 conforms to measurement law JIS C 1510-1995, and exerts mobility at every measuring site because of its small size and light weight. Combination/integration with Vibration Pickup Type 7833 allows you to measure vibration levels on the floor and vibration acceleration levels on the ground, floor, foundation, and seat, etc., simultaneously in three directions: X, Y, and Z. The measuring and computing items are: vibration level Lv (with sensory characteristics taken into account), vibration acceleration level Lva (of physical quantity), power average Leq, maximum value Lmax, minimum value Lmin, and percentile level Lx, of which instantaneous values are digitally displayed on the liquid crystal screen. These can be simultaneously recorded on an external level recorder with output terminals independent in three directions. In addition, data processing has been simplified by integrating with peripherals using I/O terminal (RS-232C interface). ACO's Sound Meters, Types 6224/6226, having equivalent specifications, are also on sale as popular comparison meters. Please make use of these in combination with the measuring instruments for environment control.
Features:
- Easy to handle due to small size, light weight, high mobility, and easy operation; no special skill required
- Compatible vibration pickup for measurements
- Digital values and bar graphs displayed on a large-scale liquid crystal screen with backlight; easy reading and visualization of vibration amounts
- Wide linearity range of 75 dB eliminates switching
- Maximum and minimum values (Lmax, Lmin), percentile vibration level (Lx; five values), and power average computed simultaneously in three directions and selectively displayed
- Built-in RS-232C interface; data management and processing easily performed via separately sold software
- Wide range of vibration levels easily measured; operability enhanced by using tripod stand
The 107VF Vibration Analyzer (Device, Analyzer) is a compact yet powerful vibration analyzer designed to measure overall vibration parameters, FFT spectrum analysis of rotating machinery, immediate evaluation against ISO 10816 standard, and condition monitoring by route-based measurements and data collection. Route files and data files exchange via email make it ideal for data collection at remote sites. Simple to use, with free firmware updates, and comes with data management and reporting software.
STD-500 – Ultra-Portable Vibration-Measuring Instrument
The STD-500 is an ultra-portable vibration-measuring instrument with internal spectrum analysis functions, used for regular machinery condition monitoring.
Highlights:
Extra Features:
Multifunctional:
From quick on-site analysis to detailed data processing on your PC, including spectrum analysis, trend creation, fault location and severity detection, imbalance, misalignment, soft foundation issues, and maintenance of a machinery condition database.
Route and Off-Route Usability:
Uploading routes from **VibroDesigner Standard Analysis Software** facilitates both data acquisition and creation of a unified repository for diagnostic data, automatically uploaded to your computer.
Easy-to-Operate:
With only two buttons and an intuitive menu, operation is simple and convenient:
1. Turn on your data collector.
2. Select a route or off-route measurement point.
3. Place the tip of the accelerometer against the measurement point and press **ENTER**.
4. When finished, the message **“MEASUREMENT IS COMPLETED”** is displayed. The measured value is shown, and the collected waveform is saved in memory.
