More Milagai Vathal is a special South Indian delicacy for eating with curd rice or sambar rice. It is very particulary popular in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. A selective of variety of green chilies are hand-picked, soaked in salted buttermilk and solar dried. This vathal are deep fried in fresh oil and eaten with curd or sambar rice.
Beetroot vathal or beetroot fryums are very tasty and healthy which can be served as accompaniment with main dish like curd rice, sambar rice, any other rice cuisines or as a good leisure time snack. Made from rice, asafoetida, salt and fresh extracts of beetroots. Beetroots are a great source of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C.
These solar dried Dhaniya Vathal or fryums are very tasty and healthy. Made from raw rice, asafoetida, salt and extracts of freshly harvested dhaniya or coriander leaves.
