The Filling unit built on Stainless Steel Square pipe frame and totally encompassed with Stainless Steel coverings, in pleasing matt finish. Further, the large opening available at the bottom side for ease of absolute cleaning. The pendant type electrical control panel is lifted from machine for ease of operation and safety. |

Process Operation | ||
The sterilized tube tray directly loaded in to slant hopper of the unit. The Synchronized star wheel delivers tubes, one by one on moving eccentric tube rack in single. During the stoppage of rack sequentially pre-gassing, filling, post gassing, pre heating and final sealing is achieved. |

Automatic Rotary Bottle Capping Machine is suitable for the capping of round or other shape of Glass, Plastic, PET, LDPE, HDPE Bottles. Adinath offers various models of Capping Machine range from 60 bottles per minute to 180 bottles per minute. Our Six Head Bottle Screw Capping Machine is suitable for production up to 180 bottles per minute, our Four Head Bottle Screw Capping Machine is suitable for production up to 120 bottles per minute and our Single Head Bottle Screw Capping Machine is suitable for production up to 60 bottles per minute. Automatic Bottle Capping Machine is widely uses in Pharmaceutical, Food, Pesticide, Cosmetic & allied industries. |

Process Operation | ||
The filled bottles moving on conveyor belt and fed into an in feed star wheel by in-feed worm. While moving in feed star wheel, bottles pick up caps one by one from delivery chute. The descending rotary sealing heads hold bottles neck with desired pressure. The sealing is done in a programmed roll-on manner, accurate positioned of the caps is done mechanically by means of a rotating unscramble, to direct the caps correctly into the chute, when the chute is filled up the rotating unscramble drive is disengaged, hence, there is no chance to damage of caps. The sealing roller takes place due to rotating sealing head and transfer movement of sealing & threading rollers due to sealing cam. The sealed bottles are discharged by exist star wheel on conveyors. |
