The unit features two independent refrigeration circuits, ensuring reliable operation, system redundancy, and stable cooling performance under fluctuating load conditions. It is suitable for operation on a three-phase, 415 V, 50 Hz electrical supply, with an estimated connected electrical load of 140 kW and a full-load operating current of approximately 230 A. Accurate refrigerant metering and load regulation are achieved through an electronic expansion valve, allowing quick response to load changes and enhanced efficiency during part-load operation.
The chiller is equipped with a shell-and-tube evaporator specifically designed for chilled glycol service and operates at a saturated suction temperature (SST) of +5 C.
