Bottle Washing Machine

Semi Automatic Rotary Bottle Washing Machine is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical food and beverage industry for washing of bottles. The bottle washing machine is suitable for washing of both the round and flat bottles. Rotary bottle washer machine is based on the Geneva mechanism. The bottle washer machine has an efficiency of washing 60 top 100 bottles / minute. The bottles goes through a sequence of washes to have completely clean bottles. Bottle rinsing machine is equipped with stationary nozzles which eliminates the contamination of water cycles. The machine has two pumps and an electric heater tank to provide hot water for washing of bottles.

Process of operation

The bottle cleaning machine consists of a rotatory platform which has an indexing part for the loading of bottles. The bottles are washed through a series of washing cycles. The machine has a cup shaped bottle holder which is used to hold the bottles of various neck diameter. The bottle holder holds the bottles in the inverted position. A spraying shower is used to perform the external cleaning of bottles. The machine is equipped with solenoid valves which are used to regulate the wash timings and to save water.

Linear Bottle Washing Machine

the automatic linear bottle washing machine is used for the washing of bottles in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry. The linear bottle washer is suitable for the washing of round bottles of variable neck diameter. The machine is also known as the tunnel type linear bottle washing machine. The glass bottle washer is equipped with stainless steel mesh conveyor which comprises the automatic loading arrangement which helps in saving manpower. The bottle cleaning machine can wash flat, round, pet and plastic bottles at a maximum speed of 120 bottles per minute. The bottle cleaning and rinsing machine is equipped with and intermittent washing system which ensures the optimal time and saving of water.

process of operation

bottles to be washed are pushed in the feed tray and then moved to the conveyor belt, which is used to align the bottles in to the accurate position. The bottles are fed into the carrier pocket with the help of guide rails. The oscillating arm transfers the bottle inside the pocket in inverted position over the spray nozzles. The spray jets wash the bottles thoroughly. The carrier pockets move in an indexing motion. The baskets complete their movement, then the needles are lifted. They enter into the bottles and sprays jets of water and compressed air into them. The needles return out of the bottles and baskets move further by one step. Each station of bottles pass through the selected washing cycles. The washed bottle are delivered at the out-feed tray with a neck opening upward and directed to a drying line.

Liquid Bottle Filling Machine

he liquid bottle filing machine is used for the filling of free flowing liquids in the in bottles, cans, jars and tubes. The Oral Liquid filling machine is suitable for filling 1ml to 5000 ml of any liquid. The Liquid Bottle Filler operates on the principle of volumetric filling. The machine is also known as the volumetric liquid bottle filling machine and is used for the filling of milk filling, shampoo filling, juice filling, liquor filling, perfume filling in the food cosmetic, beverage and Pharmaceutical industries. The Syrup Bottle Filling Machine works on a volumetric standard and has plunging filling nozzles for the filling of liquid into containers. The pharmaceutical liquid bottle filling machine has a vibration free structure. It has a diving nozzle systems for foam free filling and piston pump filling. The machine is equipped with a No Bottle No Filling" machine stop mechanism which stops the machine automatically when there is no bottle in the line.

Process of operation

The bottles are carried by a stainless steel conveyor belt under the filling nozzles with the help of stopper system. The reciprocating filling nozzles and mechanical stopper systems brings the bottles below the filling nozzles in the accurate position to avoid the wastage ans spillage of liquids outside the bottles. The filling nozzles fills the liquid perfectly according to the amount to be filled. A hexagonal stud stops the filling when the required amount is filled.

Process of operation
