The external vial washing machine is used in various industries for the washing of glass vials. The outer vial washing machine is used to wash the outer sides of vials and removes the particles formed on the previously filled and sealed vials. The external vial washer is suitable for washing the vials of size 5 ml to 100 ml. The external vial cleaning machine is designed according to the cGMP standards. The external glass vial washer is easy to operate and clean. The machine is equipped with No vial - No washing system to prevent the wastage of water.
Process of operationThe vials are fed into the washing machine conveyor from the in-feed turn table. The machine has two conveyors. The in-feed turn table feeds and transport the vials for washing. The water jet performs the washing of vials and the air jet dries them completely. There is a set of knives present for each conveyor on the air jet. The air is sprayed for drying the vials through these knives. After the washing and drying of vials they are sent to an out-feed turn table. An another set of syringes sprays the air on the bottom of vials when they reach the exit end.

The automatic linear vial washing machine is used for the washing of vials in the pharmaceutical industry. Linear vial washer comes in two models DLVW-150 and DLVW- 80. The model DLVW 80 has a capacity of washing 40 to 80 vials per minute where as DLVW-150 is capable of washing 60 to 150 vials per minute. Capacity of washing also depends on the size of vials or ampoules. Linear glass vial washer find application in a variety of industries like biotech, veterinary and pharmaceutical Industry. The machine is designed to consume less water and provide high efficiency. Different size of vials can be washed by the linear vial cleaning machine with the provision of change parts. Online vial washing machine is made up of stainless steel structure and covered with steel cabinet. Equipped with an infeed turn table, washing nozzles, conveyor and variable frequency drive the linear vial rinsing machine is ideal for washing of vials.
Process of operationThe vials are fed to the infeed tray and transferred to the conveyor belt which aligns the vials in the accurate position. The vials are inverted by an infeed worm and fed to an indexing device. Water nozzles enter the vials and sprays the jets of water inside the vials. The water stops after the completion of washing cycle. The vials are indexed by the indexing device for the next washing cycle. An optional pumping station offers the correct amount of water at required pressure.

The semi automatic multijet ampoule washing machine is used in the Pharmaceutical industry for the washing of vials and ampoules. Semi automatic ampoule washer is a compact and versatile machine made according to the latest cGMP standards. The semi automatic ampoule cleaning machine is suitable for washing of 1 ml to 20 ml ampoules and 2 ml to 100 ml glass vials. Different size of vials and ampoules can be washed with the help of change parts. It has multiple pressure jets to wash the ampoules hence the name semi automatic multijet vial washing machine. It s equipped with a motorized cam operated valve system which is used to monitor the washing process. The ampoule rinsing machine comes with optional solenoid valve system which is offered on the customer request. Multi jet vial washer machine is widely used in small and medium Pharmaceutical industries.
Process of operation
The dump loading feature is used for the loading of vials or ampoules in the vial washing machine. Alternatively, every ampoule needs to be arranged into the loading tray. Then the loading tray is placed in the vial cleaning machine. Automatic centering of the washing nozzles in the vials is achieved by lowering down the handle. The top cover is also lowered down & the switch is used for automatic sequential washing. Vials or ampoules are washed both from inside and outside. The machine automatically stops after the completion of washing cycle. The machine automatically stops and restart on lifting and pushing down the Acrylic top cover.

The rubber bung washing machine is used for the washing of latex / rubber stoppers for the vials, ampoules and bottles. The bung washing machine has no moving parts, hence it is maintenance free. The vials and bottles are stored in a specially designed basket during operation. The unit is provided with electrically / steam heated. The unit consists of an outer container made of stainless steel. The contact parts of the Bung processor are made up of stainless steel 316. The bung washer machine has a capacity of washing 500o to 10000 bungs at a time.
Process of operation
The inner product holder is made to put in the outer container. Water for washing is made to flow from a centrally locked pipe. The compressed filtered air is made to pass through a specially designed sparger pipe which generates a high velocity of flow and the rubber stopper is fluidized. It required, the water can be heated using a steam coil or electric heater. The used water is drained after each washing cycle through a drain valve.

Rotary ampoule washer machine is suitable for washing different size of ampoules with changeable parts. The vertical ampoule washing machine is equipped with automatic in-feed and exit system for easy loading and unloading of ampoules. Automatic rotary ampoule washer machine has a gripper system which holds the ampoules from neck till the washing is completed. The online ampoule washing machine performs the optimum washing of ampoules both from inside and outside. It has a capacity of washing 100 to 240 ampoules per minute. Capacity of washing also depends on the diameter and height of the ampoules. Machine can be customized as per the customer requirements. It is suitable for washing 1ml to 10 ml size of ampoules with the help of change parts.
Process of operationThe ampoules are fed by an infeed tray and received by an infeed feedworm and transferred to the Starwheel. A gripper picks the ampoules from the starwheel and invert it in the downward positon over the washing needles. The ampoules move with the needle bar for washing and the ampoules are inverted again in the upside position after the washing is completed. The washed ampoules are transferred to the output tray by the output starwheel.
