The Hinge Door Steam Sterilizer is used for the sterilization of containers like glass vials, ampoules, jars, bottles and cans. The steam sterilizer hinged door machine is also used for the sterilization of stainless steel components of machines. Process of operationThe steam enters the sterilization chamber under high pressure, it comes in contact with all the items in the chamber. Upon contact the steam condenses and release heat and moisture thereby wetting all the items in the sterilization chamber. A minimum is maintained throughout the process of sterilization. The re-evaporation of moisture is done to dry the containers to maintain the sterility.

process of operationthe washed vials or ampoules are placed in trays and loaded on the trolley. The trolley is moved on a transfer trolley to the sterilizing machine. The required settings of time and temperature is done by a digital control panel. The hot air is circulated by an impeller horizontally over the charge. The elements on the top heats the air and fresh air is entered into the system via a hepa filter module. The ampoule sterilizer machine has two pneumatically interlocked doors which one for the sterile and other for the non sterile room. The temperature during the sterilization is recorded on a circular chart recorder. A digital temperature scanner provides the validation of the system.

The vertical door steam sterilizer is a machine manufactured according to the requirements of the customers. The steam sterilizer machine is used for the sterilization of glasswares, steel components, containers, linen and rubber articles. The vertical steam sterilizer is equipped with a vertical door having temperature resistant food grade gaskets made up of silicone. The machine is also known as the pharmaceutical steam sterilizer because of its wide application in the Pharma industry. The machine comes in various sizes for different applications. It has a fully automatic PLC control system and can be maintained manually. The machine comes with additional options like a steam generator, vacuum pump, carriage trolleys and chart recorders etc. The vertical sterilizer is equipped with fully automatic control systems which are PLC based and cover all the parameters.
The door of the machine is a vertical sliding door. It is opened and controlled by the buttons given on the operating panel. The door is equipped with double safety devices which ensure that it will not close if an obstacle comes in its path.
A ventilator steam sterilizer is an effective method of terminal sterilization of vials, ampoules, contact lenses and solutions in open or semi closed containers. The ventilator type steam sterilizer leaves the product completely dry after the process of sterilization. Process of operation
The load is fed into the chamber using carriages and trays. The steam is introduced into the chamber by a perforated conduit at the top of the container. Blower fans are installed on the sealing of chamber. The number of fans depend on the depth of the chamber. The homogenization of air with steam and circulation of steam is supported by the blower fans. A uniform heating of load is attained by the system. The filtered air is introduced into the chamber in order to attain a counter balance of pressure. The product is made to pass through a colling phase after the sterilization. The cold water carried by the finned tube heat exchangers decreases the temperature of the product. The sterilized end product comes out cool and dry.
