Good sound ginger roots are procured from market. Roots are peeled. Peeled ginger is transferred to grinder with water and ground to smooth fine paste. Then paste is mixed with sunflower oil. The paste is then packed in pouches, blat frozen it and stored at or below -180C.

Description
Aseptic Tomato Paste is extracted from ripe Tomatoes. The process involves selection of
ripe red tomatoes, washing, final inspection, crushing & preheating (Hot Break 85 – 90
Deg C) pulping, & finishing, concentration and passing through foreign matter control
such as magnetic trap, Strainer, Metal detector devices, thermal processing in PLC
Aseptic Sterilization and packed in Aseptic bags in MS drums with polyliner inside. The
product is manufactured under stringent hygiene conditions throughout the process line
and continuous monitoring by QA to comply with quality and Food safety standards

Description
The good sound leaves of curry leaves are selected and cleaned. The stem is removed.
The leaves are washed, strained, blanched at 90 0 C and grinded to make paste. The
paste is passed through less than 1 mm sieve to obtain smooth paste. The paste is
packed and frozen.

Description
Green Chilli paste is extracted from selected varieties of chilli fruits (S4 Guntur sannam, No: 5, 341, 577). Fully matured fruit is transported to processing plant, inspected, sorted on arrival, washed, screened, blanched, milled, pre heated for Hot break, refined and removed seed, skin, impurities and foreign materials. Product is commercially sterile and filled pre sterile aseptic bag in MS drum as per international standard and under good manufacturing practices.
