At K. M. Machines India we manufacture 4-bar rotary cutting & creasing machine which is the initial process carried in the manufacture of a corrugated box. It is simultaneously carried-over this machine. The 4-Bar Rotary Cutting & Creasing Machine consists of two pairs of shafts. The pair directly adjacent to the feed table carries the cutting dies & the second pair carries the creasing dies.
Both cutting & creasing dies are made in two halves bolted together, for easy removal from the shafts. The two lower shafts can be raised or lowered by means of a hand-wheel provided on the back side depending upon the thickness of the board (3ply. 5ply, 7ply, or 9ply boards) separate gauge of creasers can be used.
The sheets are piled on the feed table & fed through the machine by hand. Two guides are provided on the table to support the sheet for straight feeding.

Automatic Rotary Die Cutting Machine comes with a slotting attachment and can be used to slot, crease, die cut and optionally print paper corrugated boards in one shot. Slotting attachment helps save changeover time and die costs for regular slotted (master or shipper) cartons. Rotary Die technology is more robust in handling corrugated boards from manual or semi automatic plants due to better ability to convert boards with higher moisture content.
Hence they are universally preferred in Indian subcontinent, African, Middle Eastern, Vietnam and other markets where manual, semi automatic and automatic plants are found in equal proportion

This heavy duty platen punching, creasing and embossing machine is particularly designed for heavy jobs of cutting, creasing and embossing of paper, linolium, cardboard, corrugated board, plastic and PVC material etc. The main Gears Shaft and Connecting Arms are mounted on Phosphorus Bronze Bushes.
Ball/Roller Bearing Mounted Crank Shaft drives the Platen through a Pair of high-speed Double Helical Gears (for increased strength) and two Pairs of reduction Spiral Gears being lubricated by Grease/Oil
