Salient Features :

Automatic Paper feeder with alignment station. Auto server stopping to facilitate step by step process.
Cylindrially grinded stainless steel Gluing Rollers ensures even glue application on all type of cover materials.
Stainelss Steel Water & Glue Tank for corrosion free long life, in - direct Dual heting & glue agitator ensures faster melting of Hot Glue for quick start operation.
Sturdy Aluminium profile structure with suction hold under the conveyor belt, keep the paper form deviating.
Hard Board feeder is equipped with srevo controlled actuators for precise positioning, servo controlled pusher assembly.
Edge detection for accurate placement of hard board on cover material with reference to the edges.
Specially designed Four Side Turning Unit folds all sides in single pass. Two long sides turn-in using belt turning, Optical sensor based stopping of cover, pneumatically controlled Notching, third side turning & finally fourth side folding with flap turning ensures flat air free edges of cover.
Silicon Rollers for guiding & final pressing removes air bubbles from covers after turning- in.
PLC Touch Screen display & control panel ensures of operation for operator.

Note : Needs Compressed Air Connection at the time of installation at customer end.
