Our products are manufactured in India and assembled in India. We use food graded stainless steel material for our machinery, which are made in accordance to the our stricken  manufacturing Normans for long lasting function of our equipment  . our filling machine is suitable for all kinds of non -soda drinks

1. Manual filling machine – our manual filling machine are manufactured in India & requires labor ,as the each and every bottle has to be placed in the holder by hand and filled as per desired quantity and place it on the conveyor belt ,where another worker will hold the bottle and cap the bottle using the manual capping machine , we have from 2 nozzle to 4 nozzle .These machine are generally used in start up and small scale companies ,our machine is compatible with all non -soda drinks, these machines can be use as mango juice filling & capping machine , lemon juice filling and capping machine litchi Juice  filling Cranberry juice filling . As the machine is manual ,it can be used to fill any size bottle ,plastic or glass as long it fits the conveyor belt but its advice able to use standard pet bottle or glass bottle for filling juice .

2. Semi-automatic Bottling machine – our Semi -automatic filling and capping machine are manufactured in Indian requires less labor than the manual version as the worker has to place the bottles in the conveyor belt and our filling machine will be timed to the desired volume ranging from 200ml to 1000ml (we can also custom the amount of liquid to be filled as per your capacity ).After the bottles have been filled a worker can use pneumatic caper to seal the bottle .This machine is generally used in for mango juice filling and capping ,lemon juice filling and capping ,litchi juice  filling Cranberry juice filling & capping . This machine can also be used to fill  Lassi , Flavored milk, mineral water , Capping of the bottles if it be crown or pet bottle manual or pneumatic capping machines can be supplied

3.  Fully automatic filling machine – Fully automatic filling Machine are manufactured in India and require very little to no labor as the bottles have to be placed in the machine and the our machine will automatically rinse the bottles and fill in the desired liquid and cap the bottles automatically . this machine is the most cost effective machine as it requires no to minimum labor and is manly used in high production of  mango juice filling rinsing  and capping ,lemon juice filling , rinsing and capping ,litchi juice  filling , rinsing  & capping Cranberry juice filling , rinsing & capping, This machine can also be used to fill Lassi , Flavored milk, mineral water . we can provide both pet bottle capping and crown capping .
