The Fully Automatic Chapatti Making Machine produces home-like chapattis in most hygienic way. Chapatti or Roti is a popular traditional food in the Indian diet. We have designed and developed a continuous chapatti making machine which can cater to the large requirement of chapattis in a short span of time. The Compact Fully Automatic Chapatti Making Machine is suited for Langars, Hostels, Industrial Canteens, Hospitals, Railways and Defense Establishments. It is simple, easy to use and requires no special skills to operate. 

Process :

• Using a dough mixer, the wheat flour dough is prepared and conveyed continuously to the extruder.
• The dough shaft coming out of extruder is sensed by length and uniform sized balls are cut that move on the food grade PU endless belt conveyors through the rollers to get circular shaped chapattis.
• These circular chapattis now enter the baking chamber where it is baked on both sides and then puffed finally.
• The Chapattis produced are soft & tasty.
• The product can be served hot.
