Control panel :
the control panel of our universal materials testing machines consists of the hydraulic system, complete with drive motor, oil sump, pendulum dynamometer and the load indicating system.
Accuracy and calibration :
universal testing machines are precisely controlled for accuracy and reliable calibration during every stage of manufacture. The machines are calibrated in accordance with b.s.: 1610 and i.s.: 1828. Vi universal testing machine complies with grade ‘a’ of b.s. 1610:1964 and grade 1 of i.s.: 1828-1991.
An accuracy of + 1% is guaranteed from 20% of the load range selected to full load. Below 20% of the selected range the maximum permissible error is 0.2% of the full load reading.
