Double Girder Crane

We offer Double Girder Crane which is sturdy and heavy duty. These machines are well engineered and easy to maintain. These machines have bigger cross section which causes lesser vibrations in girder. The special lightweight construction of the crane reduces load stress on building supports. Maximum lift can be offered by the low headroom.

• Cross Travel Drive
  
  • Motor driven trolley with the hoist increases the speed and efficiency of load handling
  • Traverse gear reducer, a conservatively-rated rugged drive reducer has output pinion meshing with machine cut wheel gears
  • Steel frame side plates extend beyond wheels for end stop contact
• Long Travel Drive
  
  • Special Soft Start Unit coupled to LT Drive ensures smooth, cushioned jerk free start
  • Arrangement of solid shafts and floating shafts coupled by universal couplings and supported on pedestals blocks
  • Driven by a crane duty foot mounted motor transmitting torque to heavy duty shaft mounted gear box, which transmits torque to output pinion, which meshes with machine cut wheel gears
  • Rubber Buffers provided on end-carriages and crab
  • Rail sweeps provided on end carriages and crab frame ends clear any object left on or leaning against the rail ahead of the crane wheels
• Hoist
  
  • Hoist Motor designed for high starting torque hoisting service, half-hour rated with permanently lubricated bearings suitable for frequent reversals as well as braking
  • Spur and Helical Gears cut from alloy steel and duly heat treated as required are used in totally enclosed casing to provide grease lubrication. New designs are lighter weight because of improved material strength and manufacturing techniques
  • The Hoist Brake is fitted with an electromagnetic brake designed to arrest and safely hold the full load capacity of the hoist. The brake offers a fail to safety feature and failure of current immediately applies the brake
  • The Bottom Block Full rotating lower hook is high strength forged steel. Thrust bearings make swiveling easy even under load
  • Push Button Station has built-in steel strain relief, permits pulling of unloaded hoist along track. Weather proof as standard, giving sure grip, one handed control
  • All electrical controls are centralized within one enclosure with removable cover to access for easy servicing. The Control circuit offers low voltage at the Push Button station, with 110 volts being standard. Under the new control system, operation is gentler on components, lowering shock loads and heat buildup
