S Crane Underslung Crane

We bring an extensive range of Underslung Crane which are designed accurately and are sturdy and stable. These machines are used where the building structures make the normal traveling cranes less suitable. The main feature of the Underslung Crane is that the crane track is not fastened to pillars but to the beams of the building. These machines offer the advantage of very small trolley approach dimensions and as a result an optimal utilization of the building width. The Underslung Crane provides a load capacity range of 0.5 T up to 10 T and spans of up 15 m. Optimal area coverage can be accomplished by providing overhang on 2 sides. The highest hook position can be increased further by inserting the main girder between the end carriages.

• Electrical panel has modular design and a vast operating range. They are designed for easy installation and maintenance and reliability, with ducted wiring, fuse less circuitry, and non-screwed terminals. Each drive group is equipped with a motor overload protection device to provide protection against inadmissible overloading
• Single or Dual-disc electromagnetic DC Brakes provide automatic braking on power failure. Environmentally sound brake linings designed for approx. 1 million braking operations offer long maintenance intervals
• Accurate flat helical or spur Gear units in light alloy housings with case-hardened gears, high-grade surface treatment and permanent oil or grease lubrication
• Sturdy cylindrical or conical rotor pole-changing Motors with elegant continuous cast aluminium sections, integrated safety brakes insulation class F, IP54 protection
• Every component and part is thoroughly scrubbed and painted with two coats of primer before assembly and two coats of synthetic enamel after testing
