Chamber

SS 3l6 for corrosion and gas resistant. The inner surface is smoothly finished to minimize gas deposit.

Mode of Heating

Chamber will be heated with Strip air heater / Hot water circulated through the lumpid coil of SS 304 around the chamber to maintain the chamber temp. at 40 75°C.

lnsulation of Shell

50mm thk R. B. fibre glass covered with SS 304 outercover.

Door

Single, SS 316, hinged type with quick release locking arrangement with suitable safety interlocking so that the process cannot start unless the door is properly closed and cannot be opened during the process.

Paneling

SS 304, Box type design, MMI-PLC will be located within the panel.

Vacuum Pump

Diaphragm / Water ring type vacuum pump provided to achieve high level of air removal for high sterility and efficient residual gas removal during aeration process from the chamber and gas strap to separate and evacuate the gas. lnbuilt Gas catalytic converter for the exhausted ETO gas.

Gas Purging

Provided with cartridge punchering system as well as provision for EO + C02 cylinder.

Sterilization Process

Fully automatic PLC / Touch Screen models. Two nos. sterilization cycles with inbuilt leak test and aeration will be provided, which will be completed automatically.

Documentation

Thermal Printer / Dot - matrix printer which will print date, batch/load number, program type selected and program parameters which includes one point temperature print out.

Following programs with variable parameters are provided to take care of user's requirement. Fully automatic operation.

»	Positive Pressure Cycle (with ETO (20%) + CO2 (80%) cylinder.
»	Negative Pressure Cycle (100%ETO Cartridge).

»	Vacuuming of chamber to set value
»	Leak hold period.
»	Cartridge punchering / gas purging depending on the cycle selected.
»	Sterilization hold period for set time.
»	Exhaust and aeration for no. of aeration pulses set.
