Mode Shape Model - Earth Quake Testing

This model is used to exhibit mode shape of three degree of freedom system. It should consist of 3masses supported on two sheet of ductile material at various heights.Material - stainless steel A 304Frequency range of model – 0-10 hertz Lateral Dimension – 300< d< 500 mmIt should be made up of such a way that height of the any storey can be changed by the movement of the floor mass in vertical direction.Arrangement should be made· To put additional mass at any floor level.· To measure inter storey drift.
