Single screw exturder / PLC control The single screw extruder for plastic can be applied to the mixing, plasticizing and extrusion of different kinds of engineering plastic, modified plastic, masterbatch and other high polymers with feature of uniformly dispersed, plastics coloring and  filling to modify. The single screw extruder is fully automatic and  easy to operate. Control system: PLC programmable color touch screen,man-machine interface operation system. 2. Screw / Feeding barrel material: It is made of 38 CrMoAlA chromium-molybdenum steel. Withthe surface-layer processing of tempering, nitriding, chroming, polishing andsuper-precison grinding, the hardness HRC 55~60, roughness RA≤ 0.4 μm,nitriding depth ≥ 0.6 mm. 3. Heating zone: Mica heater in 3 areas of charging barrel, heater in 2areas of handpiece. Each areas has a chopper cooling fin covered with securitywind shield. 4.
