Thread Rollers

We have complete in-house facility to manufacture these from the selected raw steel. With manufacturing experience of over 35 years, we have fine tuned the process control. It enables us to deliver excellent product with consistent performance. We have established the procedure so that our thread rollers meet or exceed specifications mentioned inBIS 8405.

We also regularly supply thread rollers for Acme, Trapezoidal, Rope Thread, Buttress, Knuckle & Worm threads as per ISO / DIN / JIS / ANSI and customer specifications.

Special attention is paid to minimize lead & profile errors.

We can supply thread rollers upto Ø320 mm diameter and 250 mm length, with pitches as little as 0.25 & as large as 12.7 mm. We also supply Helical through feed rollers for machines without tilting spindles or where helix angle is larger than machine limit.

Currently we have three ranges of thread rollers to suit all types of jobs.
