Our Products
We offer the best product range of SPAD 502 Plus Chlorophyll Fluorometer, PHYTOS 31 Leaf Wetness Sensor and SC-1 Leaf Porometer Conductance.
The SPAD 502 Plus Chlorophyll Meter instantly measures chlorophyll content or “greenness” of your plants to reduce the risk of yield-limiting deficiencies or costly overfertilizing. The SPAD 502 Plus quantifies subtle changes or trends in plant health long before they’re visible to the human eye. Non-invasive measurement; simply clamp the meter over leafy tissue, and receive an indexed chlorophyll content reading (-9.9 to 199.9) in less than 2 seconds. Assess nitrogen needs by comparing in-field SPAD readings to university guidelines or to adequately fertilized reference strips. Research shows a strong correlation between SPAD measurements and leaf N content.
Diseases and infections can destroy an entire crop, but applying fungicides is costly and time-consuming. If you’re deciding when to spray by monitoring leaf wetness with a resistance grid sensor, you’ll have trouble accurately determining wetness duration without a lot of extra work. You need an accurate sensor that is simple to set up with stable, consistent, easy-to-use thresholds like the PHYTOS 31. Say goodbye to guesswork
The PHYTOS 31 accurately measures both the onset and duration of wetness on a simulated leaf, which in turn predicts when the onset of certain diseases or infections may occur. It’s not only a more accurate instrument, but it’s also the easiest to set up, and when paired with the ZL6 data logger, it gives you access to remote data in real time, making it a smart, simple and straightforward sensing solution.
Most measurements in the soil-plant-atmosphere continuum are fairly straightforward. Measuring stomatal conductance is not. And since stomatal conductance can't be predicted from theory and must be measured, you need an instrument that's easy to use. Presenting the SC-1.
Complex science in a simplified package
Backed by solid scientific theory and 15 years of research, the SC-1 is designed to provide you with a simple solution to a complex problem. By measuring vapor flux from the leaf through the stomates, it enables you to tell the difference between transpiring leaves and ones that have shut down. High-speed results, ease of use, and a low cost mean more measurements in less time without blowing your budget.
