This dual station machine is designed to wind internal stators/in-flux motor stators. With a fully automatic needle-type winding head engineered to carry wire through the stator slots, copper consumption is drastically reduced compared to conventional winding techniques. Features Completely automatic operation with Needle Type Winding Head (Single and Dual Station options) engineered to carry wire through the stator slots with high speeds. The machines are PLC-controlled and deliver a high level of accuracy with AC Servo motors coupled to precision mechanics in each axis.
