We are offering Automatic Dough Kneader and Dough Kneading Machine. Dough making machine it is used for making besan dough for namkeens (Indian Savouries) and also dough for chapattis, the flour is loaded from the top along with the ingredients, after 3 min cycle the Dough is ready.

Construction of Dough Kneader

Our dough kneader's main body is fabricated form mild steel plated of adequate section to give rigidity and robustness. Rotated bowl is made from stainless steel. And dough kneader's arm is made from stainless steel and its driven by gear box. A specialized stainless steel scraper is provided with the dough kneader. Kneading machine's tank is rotated in clock wise and arm is rotating in anti clock wise thus batch is mix uniformly. Fabricated v belt guard is provided for safety.

Standard accessories of dough kneader
  • Suitable totally enclosed fan cooled three phase or single Phase Sq. cage motor as per IS: 325 or 996 Electricity (Special power can be accommodated): 110/220/380/415 V0lts, 50/60 Hz, 1/3 Phase
  • Three meter three core cable along with 15 Ampere plug top for single phase motor or three meter four core cable for three phase electric motors
  • V belt guard
