Arduino Uno is a ATmega328P based microcontroller board. Arduino Uno has 14 digital inputoutput pins, 6 of then can optionally be used as PWM outputs. Arduino also has 6 analog inputs, a USB Port, 12V DC power input port, an ICSP header, a 16 MHz crystal oscillator, a reset button and couple of indicator LEDs. Arduino also has a built in DC converter which outputs 5V and 3.3V DC outputs, which can directly be used to power up a low-power device or components. Arduino uses an open source design. Thus various manufacturers make their own versions of Arduino. This is the China made version which is cheaper.
