Apple cider vinegar capsules are rich in nutrients that made from apple fruits. The apple cider vinegar is made from two fermentation process. The first is the yeast fermentation process where the sugar in the apple is converted into alcohol and in the second fermentation process the alcohol is converted to the acetic acid. The acetic acid in the apple cider vinegar gives the sour taste to the vinegar. The apple cider vinegar contains the pectin, potassium, magnesium and malic acid. The pectin has the property to absorb the fat and toxins which are to be eliminated. Potassium works along with the sodium and maintains the water balance and aids in metabolism.
