AUTO TRANSFORMER ELECTRICAL CONTROLLER PANEL based on KORNDORFER closed transition principle with pro-logic, Its 1st of its own kind in the world (make “SYEMCO®”) for SQUIRREL CAGE INDUCTION MOTORS (capacity ranging from 15HP to 1000HP).
We have also developed STATOR ROTOR CONTROLLER as complete solution for SLIP RING INDUCTION MOTORS (capacity ranging from 15HP to 1000HP) on closed transition principle which is also totally environmental friendly and after its use can be recycled.
There are lots of problems while using water based starters / handle operated starters, electronic soft starters and Star-Delta starters as there are huge Electrical Transients and Mechanical Stresses thereby gradually decreasing the life of the installed application & increasing mechanical breakdowns.
Apart from this SYEMCO® is also in designing and manufacturing of MOTOR PROTECTOR (For Industrial use, capacity from 1HP to 10HP), PUMP PROTECTOR (For Agriculture /Submersible Pumps use, capacity from 1HP to 10 HP).
SYEMCO® make- Auto Transformer Controller has basic advantages which are as follows:

• Avoids motors burning as motor is connected in Delta from the starting itself.

• Reduces Electrical and Mechanical Stresses to the machines/electrical installations.
• Ideally suitable for high friction and torque applications as loads are connected to DG/Turbine power supplies.
• Additionally we are using solid copper mains without lugs, hot tinned at ends and duly glass coated thus avoiding heating at joints in the mains.
