DESCRIPTION :

The automatic screw capping machine is precisely built on the welded steel frame enclosed in stainless steel sheet. The stain less steel legs are given for the support. Height of the conveyor belt is adjustable.

HOW TO OPERATE :

The feed containers are move on the conveyor belt. The belt feed the container in the star-wheel. The star wheel set the container below the sealing head. Mean while the rotating head picked up the cap from the cap star wheel. The cap filling bowl delivers the cap to delivery chute. Then the cap set in star wheel, from where the sealing head take the cap and place it on the containers. Rotating head pick up the cap and perform the sealing with pre set torque.
