Baking Deck Oven

BAKDECK a fully automatic gas fired Deck Oven, with independent top and bottom zone temperature control for the expert baker's who wish that extra control over their baking. For your convenience, the BAKDECK fully automatic gas fired Deck Oven is made in Single Deck, Two Deck and Three Deck Configurations for standard deck oven, and a baking deck size of 1575mm(62”) x 790mm(31”) for the Standard deck oven and a deck size of 970mm.(38”) x 665mm.(26”) for the small model of the deck oven. The BAKDECK deck oven is fitted with an extremely energy efficient blower and electrical system making it have an extremely low electric consumption of 100 watts per deck only. Will run on any good quality sine wave inverter also.
