Button Load Cells

“ Button Load cells” are specially designed for measurement of applied Torque with high accuracy. It consists of specially designed steel structure, which operates in a predictable & repeatable manner when torque is applied. This torque is translated into electrical signal as change in resistance of strain gauges, the change in resistance indicates the degree of deformation which in turn directly proportional to applied Torque.
Bonded strain gauge Torque sensors are incorporated with four arm Wheatstone bridge network, which acts as an adding and subtracting electrical network.
