Co2 Laser Machine

CO2 lasers are tried-and-tested industrial lasers, durable, and robust. Their cut edge quality is so high that for the most part they do not need rework. The 10.6 μm wavelength produces burr-free edges which have very low surface roughness and are immediately ready for further processing. The Trumpf Laser Machine is a high-end flatbed laser machine guarantees high productivity and efficiency. Table sizes is 1250mm x 2500mm. The L2530 & L2503E series has an available 3000 watt& 1500 watt resonators. This is ensured by the one-cutting-head strategy as well as the high process stability. Many different automation options and other smart operating features ensure outstanding results in continuous operation. Our laser machines deliver the majority of our regular work – combining a high quality finish with excellent reliability and cost effectiveness. We operate 2 Trumpf lasers up to a maximum size of 2.5m x 1.5m, with which we cut mild steel and stainless steel. We cut to tolerances of +/- 0.1mm (depending on thickness) and cut holes starting from the same diameter as the material thickness.
