Coconut jelly is a chewy, translucent, jelly-like foodstuff produced by the fermentation of coconut water, which gels through the production of micro bacteria cellulose by acetobacter xylinum. Coconut jelly is highly regarded for its high dietary fiber, and its low fat and zero cholesterol content. Packing is done as per the customer’s need.
