Computerized Vickers Hardness Tester

VMC' Computerized Vickers Hardness Tester is a simple and accurate means to automatically measure the diamond indentation and give Vickers hardness number. These testers are suitable for measuring the hardness of precision metallic parts with wide testing range - from soft to hard, and their accurate results are widely acclaimed. These tester strictly confirm to IS 1754 - 2002.
The operation is automatic with motorized loading/unloading. The weight selection is by mechanicaldial. The system comprises specially developed image processing software for automatic measurement, Software is proven in industry and is being used since many years to get reliable and accurate readings in less than a second.
