All our pans are spun by hand and constructed from solid copper. The thickness of our pans allows for a very quick, even and efficient heat distribution. Heavy tin lining is applied in interior to enhance heat conductivity and to make non-reactive to food. Wooden handle are heat resistant for comfortable cooking.
