These winding wires have very thin insulation thickness which makes them useful in smaller submersible pumps such as V4 pumps. The old pumps are to be rewound the stator slots get smaller and they require thinner winding wires.

Made from bright-annealed 99.97% pure bare copper conductors these wires have low conductor resistance and hence high flux capacity. The thin insulation thickness is achieved through precision extrusion of specially developed and manufactured polymeric compound. Each coil is put through quality checks and water immersion test for trouble free marathon performance.
