The Fruit Jam offered by us is made up of fruits which are fresh, clean and free from mould and fermentation. We also add canned fruits; pectin derived from fruits and preserved pulp in our jams. Other substances that we add include sugar, citric acid, flavor, permitted colors and preservatives. The variety of jams available with us are mixed fruit jam, fresh fruit jam etc. Our jams have the original fruit flavor and are free from burnt, objectionable flavors and they show no sign of fermentation.
