These industrial pillar drills we produce have back gear kind of arrangement for producing lower speeds than provided from the step pulley drive. The gears are assembled on these pillar drill presses with quality material and it’s ensured against wear and tear, noise to provide a positive drive. The drive of these mini small drills is amply supported by bearings where required and coupled together using a rigid bracket. The operations performed on these pillar drill include reaming, spot facing, tapping, etc. This heavy duty drill press machine provides four speeds from pulley and four through back gear. Four lower speeds are used to do heavy duty andor precise operations like reaming, tapping, boring, etc. These vertical drilling machines are powered using 3 Phase motor with 1440 rpm and V belts. The pulley assembly of these floor-standing pillar drills is properly assembled to minimize vibrations. This geared type drilling machine has V belt pulley that are cut as per standard.
