• Finished M.S. Body with M.S. Foundation Legs & Hooks welded
• Cast iron covers (Finished upto Bearing size) with outer and inner C.I. Bearing plates
• M.S. (EN-8) Round Shaft finished upto stamping bore size, bearing bore size, fan bore size, slipring bore size. Key grooves are provided on shaft for pulley, fan, stamping core and slipring etx, (M.S. Squares for Key are also provided)
• Stamping core tightened over shaft with M.S. Round plates welded at both sides on M.S. Round shaft
• Pole shoes (C.R.C. Prime sheet material used) fixed with bolts in M.S. Body
• Aluminium fan or fabricated fan fitted on M.S. Round shaft
• Slipring is fitted on shaft on customer demand and can be given separately if demanded with provision made on M.S. Round shaft for its fixture as well as in slipring also
• Brass holders are provided separately but we do not provide carbons
• Fabricated transformer box is fitted over M.S Body and back cover
• Transformer core (EI) joined with angles and patti is fitted inside transformer box
• Bobins are fitted with transformer core.
• Jail set and lapet is also provided for coveres
• Connection plate of fibre sheet is provided inside transformer box.
