The Dytran model 3176B2 is a rugged, cost effective IEPE piezoelectric accelerometer with a sensitivity of 10 mVg and excellent low frequency response of 0.3 Hz.
Design of the model 3176B2 incorporates a ceramic shear sensing element, packaged in a stainless steel housing with a 2-pin MIL-C-5015 axial connector and 14-28 stud mounting capabilities. Model 3176B2 is hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments and internally case isolated to avoid EMIground loop interference.
