Limited was incorporated in the 24 October 2013 year .The main object was of establishing maize &rice Milling plant of 70 tons per day capacity for production of maize &rice products. These Products are for human and livestock consumption and also to provide as raw materials to some of the manufacturing industries in the country. Maize and Rice is highly nutritious both as human and animal food. The nutrient levels of maize and rice are almost equal to that of wheat. Maize and rice brings you a highly nutritious meal. The Maize and rice milling plant put up by this company is the most modern plant. This plant has sophisticated equipments which will separate Husk & the germ containing major portion of fat in the maize and rice. The remaining portion of maize and rice portion is further processed to give various maize and rice products. By this process the plant produces excellent quality maize &rice products. The products, thus processed in this plant have better keeping quality and more palatable and easily digestible. The products produced in this plant are also conforming to the food standards of the human requirement. They are also conforming to the standards of live stock feed manufactures and other food industries where they are being used as raw materials. This plant has also got a Pre-cooking system by which we can produce Maize Flakes and rice flakes for human consumption and also for brewing industry. From the corm, after processed by this equipment, you can get high quality food materials such as low fat corn grits (size adjustable), corn flour, even high precision corn oil (oil press equipment not included in this complete set). Color Sorter Color sorters or Color Sorters are machines that are used on the production lines in bulk food processing. They separate items by their colours, detecting the colours of things that pass before them, and using mechanical or pneumatic ejection devices to divert items whose colours do not fall within the acceptable range.
