It is a type of Madagaskar and the processing is similar to Bour Bourn method. The green vanilla pods, which are generated from artificial pollination, processed to get good quality dry beans. The usage and availability
The Vanilein extracted from the dried vanilla beans, can be used in foods, medicinal purpose, cosmetics, ice-cream etc.
The extraction is normally the super critical extraction.
The bean pod itself can be used in foods directly. The single and multiple pods can be used directly or indirectly used thru sugar. packed in vacuum packed P.P. pouches.
The bulk quantity is also available in terms of Metric Tonnes packed in wax coated carton boxes.
Contents : vanillein 1.9-2.3%, Moisture 22-26%
