Red Chilli is one of the key ingredients used in Indian cuisines, most of the flavoursome Indian ethnic curries are prepared using the red chilli sauce. Red Chilli Sause is predominantly used by food processing units and restaurants. Red Chilli is packed with vitamin C and A, and aid enhancing digestion and metabolism.
