Refrigeration System

Refrigeration is a process of transferring heat from one location to another & acquiring required temperatures. Refrigeration system consists of an ice water tank with copper pipes & compressor units with standby & protection features. The refrigeration system is designed specifically by our engineering wing keeping in mind the size of brewery area & equipment & operating temperatures as per climate of the state/country. Motor pumps are used to rotate the cooled medium through the fermenters by food grade & temperature resistant pipes installed & fitted by our trained engineers on site. This system is the heart of a brewery & is operational round the clock & is responsible for the preservation & taste of served . Hence it has to be a very efficiently designed system as is done by our engineers.
