Automatic Multi Head Bottle Screw Capping Machine - Rotary Models ASCB-100/150/200 are suitable for Plastic Screw Caps. Machine is suitable for Glass/Plastic/PET/HDPE or LDPE Bottles in Round or other shape. The machine has maximum speed of 100/150/200 Bottles (Respectively for Models ASCB 100/150/200) per minute depending on Bottle Diameter, Bottle Height, Bottle Shape and Cap Size. Machine construction is in S. S. finish as well as machine M. S. frame structure is also S. S. Cladding/Enclosures. The Screw Capping Machine is ideal for application in Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemicals, Cosmetics, Pesticides & Other Industries.
The Machine is provided with Orientations type Cap Feeder or Vibratory type Bowl Feeder depending on cap shape and size for continuous feeding of Caps for online operation on any liquid or powder filling line. The Machine is also suitable for various sizes of Bottles and ROPP Cap with the help of change parts. Capping Machine is suitable in Pharmaceutical and other industries where higher production speed is required on automatic online operation.
