Stability Chamber

Features:

• Constructed and fabricated on fully automatic CNC machines.

• Inner chamber  made of SS-304 grade stainless steel.

• Outer chamber made of Mild Steel Sheet or SS-304 grade stainless steel (Option).

• PUF insulation on fully automatic HIGH PRESSURE PUF INJECTOR machine leaving no gaps for higher uniformity and stability.

• The unit has full length inner plexi glass door and outside metal door with magnetic gasket & lock.

• The unit is supplied with perforated Stainless Steel trays.

• Caster wheels for easy moveability.

• Inside chamber fitted with blower to maintain the temperature uniformity even under loaded conditions.

• Unit is fitted with Microprocessor Based PID controller for accurate control of temperature and humidity conditions .

• Humidity System : Humidity is by steam injection. Humidity system consist of boiler tank, which is fitted with boiler heater. DM water is preferred.

• Cooling System: CFC free, the cooling system consists of hermitically sealed compressor coupled with evaporation coil and condenser, safe guarded by time delay circuit.

• Refrigerant used 134A.

• Audio/visual alarm for temperature and humidity deviations from set values.

• Temperature Sensor: PT-100 (Resolution 0.1°C)

• Humidity Sensors: Direct %RH electronic capacitor type humidity sensor.

• Temperature overshooting and undershooting safety is provided as a standard feature.

• CFC FREE ECO FRIENDLY refrigeration system
